- Interest rates change daily. Once a mortgage broker reviews your credit and financials they will be able to tell you what interest rate you qualify for so that you'll know exactly how much payment you can afford. Then we can limit our search to only properties that fall within that range.
- Sellers will want to see a Pre-Approval Letter. We're in a seller's market right now where many properties are getting multiple offers. We want your offer to be as strong as possible and that means it needs to have a Pre-Approval Letter submitted with it so the seller knows that you're already started the process and can afford the property.
