Homes with an Energy Score
The city of Portland and the US Department of Energy are working together to help Portlanders determine how much energy their home consumes compared to an average home. The Home Energy Score is determined for a property after it's had a Home Energy Assessment by an authorized assessor. The home then is givien an Energy Score between 1 (worst) to 10 (best). There are many factors that go into generating the score, and a 5 indicates average energy consumption. A 10 means that the home is among the top 10% of homes in Portland using the least amount of energy. To learn more about the scoring methodology visit the Department of Energy website.
The Portland Homes listed for sale below have had a Home Energy Assessment and the score is included in the description. For more information about any home you see here please contact us or inquire on the listing page. We'd be happy to discuss your needs regarding an energy-efficient home and how we can help you find just the right fit.
