The NW Riverfront has slowly developed into its own little bedroom community in the city. It's located just North of Slabtown and West of the Fremont Bridge and is made up entirely of townhomes and condos. The two biggest developments are Pacifica Tower and Riverscape Townhomes. There isn't much infrastructure here, meaning it's kind of quiet and feels a lot further from the city than it is.
