Old Town / Chinatown
Wedged between Downtown Portland and the Pearl District you'll find Old Town, also home to Portland's original Chinatown. There aren't many condo living options here right now, but as the Broadway Corridor project gets underway you should see more start to pop up. We're not going to sugar coat it... living in Old Town is not for the easily intimidated. Tents are everywhere and you will see crazy on a daily basis. But if you have a pioneer spirit you'll be rewarded with some of the most unique bars and shops in the city, including Portland's hippest new hotel & rooftop bar. And your housing dollar will go farther here than anywhere else in the City Center. Yin and yang, right?
